Please read our shop policies and terms and conditions carefully before purchasing. When you purchase a product from bubblebunniez, you accept the shop policies and terms and conditions. 

Sizing:

We include the size label of the product and then a guess what is the best fit of the product. All of our best fit guesses are in EU sizing.

Make sure to read the product measurements to be sure. The measurements of the products are taken when the product is laying flat and from the front, left to right in centimetres.

Make sure to read the product description carefully to avoid any disappointments.

Return policy:

Please ensure you’ve carefully reviewed the dress measurements and recommended fit details in the description before making your purchase, so you can feel confident it will fit upon arrival.

All items are vintage, preloved, secondhand and some are brand new with tags so they will have small signs of wear unless stated otherwise. The condition will be stated in the description or shown in the photos.

All items are recorded inside and out before shipping for bubblebunniez protection.

To be eligible for a return, your product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unworn or unused.
  • All original tags must be intact.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

EU Right of Withdrawal:

All our lingerie items can’t be returned. Please consider this before making your purchase. As stated in the legal policy of the EU (Article 230p, f3) for these items (due to hygenic and health purposes) the 14 day refund period expires.

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights), consumers have amandatory right of withdrawal when purchasing goods or services online.

The customer has 14 days from the date of receiving the goods to withdraw from the contract. Once the customer notifies us, the customer has 14 days to return the products.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges, for the returned shipment and to do this within the allowed timeframe. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items to us.

Other non EU countries that this policy applies to are: United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

We do not offer any return or refund policy for other non EU countries. All sales made are final. No returns/refunds or exchanges.

Refund policy:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping policy:

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving confirmation of payment (for example: with creditcards confirmation can take up to 5 business days). When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  

We offer international shipping to all countries with DHL eCommerce and DHL Express. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery times.

Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bubblebunniez is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. It is also the responsibility as the customer to be aware of the local law of importing products into your country. If the customer refuses to pay the taxes/customs, and therefore abandon the order because the customer has changed their mind about receiving the package, a refund will not be provided.

Bubblebunniez is not responsible for packages lost in transit or any additional fees.
Bubblebunniez is not responsible for any problems that may occur during shipment.
Bubblebunniez is not responsible once shipped.
